Name of the first tavern keeper serving wine in ancient Hispania (Spain), in the town of Emerita Augusta (Merida). In memory of one of the fist wine female professionals, this name is dedicated to all tavern keepers. This type of wine is born thanks to great dedication and care, which guarantees our experience.
Purplish and mauves colours are predominant, outlining their touch of youth, whilst their colouring intensity shows its serious character.
Its aromas denote a contemporaneous touch; a mix of coffees, chocolates, mocha and tiramisu are the most outstanding. The aroma of blueberry, black plum and mulberry jam together with certain special tones is surprising.
When in the mouth, we discover its great personality, feeling an explosion of fruits and chocolates.
